Financial Analyst- Accounting Degree is required!

Location: The Colony, Texas, United States. Hybrid schedule with on-site presence required Tuesday through Thursday. Travel of up to 25% may be required to manufacturing locations, meetings, projects, and training in the U.S., Mexico, and other locations.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, with potential discretionary bonuses and incentives.

What you will do

• Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, mid-term planning, and variance analysis.
• Analyze sales, gross profit, inventory, logistics costs, operating expenses, margins, and pricing data.
• Support monthly and quarterly closing and prepare management reports for U.S. and Japan headquarters.
• Monitor inventory aging, VMI inventory, inventory turns, supply-demand planning, and working-capital risks.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation, Power BI dashboards, and advanced Excel analysis.
• Support tariff refund analysis, ERP/Hyperion implementation, cross-functional projects, SOX compliance, audits, and internal-control documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or business analysis.
• Experience with forecasting and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and business-partnering skills.
• Ability to work independently, identify process improvements, and maintain accuracy in financial analysis.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with financial systems, reporting tools, and data analytics platforms.
