What you will do
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for Accessories, Wraps, and Merchandise.
- Maintain revenue, volume, pricing, take-rate, cost, and gross margin assumptions as products and business conditions change.
- Analyze performance against forecasts, budgets, and prior periods, identifying price, volume, mix, and cost drivers.
- Prepare recurring financial reports, variance commentary, management summaries, and KPI dashboards.
- Partner with Accounting and Commercial teams on month-end close, inventory analysis, and revenue, cost, and gross margin reporting.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis, modeling, and reporting to support evolving business priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, commercial finance, or a related role.
- Experience analyzing revenue, gross margin, costs, inventory, or commercial performance.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance-analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical, communication, and data-accuracy skills.
- Ability to collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Commercial, and operational teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, consumer products, or retail.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, or similar financial systems.
- MBA, CFA, or another relevant advanced credential.
