Chief Financial Officer (Automotive)

Location: Edmond, Oklahoma, USA, with centralized accounting offices in Edmond and Tulsa.

What you will do

• Execute the overall financial strategy and align it with business objectives.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Oversee accounting, tax, audit, compliance, payroll, and other core finance functions.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and accountability systems for CIT, accounts receivable, accounts payable, recon, aged receivables, inventory, and profitability.
• Partner with operational leadership to improve profitability, cash flow, productivity, and financial performance.
• Evaluate acquisitions, capital investments, expansion opportunities, systems, and process improvements while advising the owner and executive team.

Requirements

• Significant senior-level finance and accounting leadership experience in multi-franchise, high-volume dealership groups.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing finance and accounting teams.
• Demonstrated success improving profitability and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, and risk management.
• Experience overseeing CIT, recon, accounts receivable, accounts payable, warranty, inventory, F&I, parts, and fixed operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
