Talent & Capability Development Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Design and facilitate enterprise learning experiences, including manager and leadership development, employee development sessions, career workshops, orientation, and capability cohorts.
• Build scalable blended learning journeys, pathways, toolkits, facilitator guides, and reinforcement resources using instructional design and adult-learning principles.
• Assess capability needs and lead cohort-based programs focused on critical skills, AI fluency, and future-skills enablement.
• Activate learning ecosystem investments, career development resources, manager programs, and AI learning initiatives while improving adoption through feedback loops.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential development, career development, internal mobility, and individual development plans.
• Manage learning operations, SuccessFactors reporting, dashboards, issue logs, badge administration, communications, and effectiveness measurement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in talent development or learning and development, including program design, facilitation, and talent processes.
• Hands-on instructional design and eLearning development experience with digital authoring tools such as Articulate, Storyline, or Rise.
• Experience with succession, high-potential, career-development, and performance processes, preferably in a matrixed global organization.
• Experience facilitating leadership and manager-development programs for diverse audiences.
• Experience with change management, stakeholder communications, and enterprise HR or learning rollouts.
• Ability to design inclusive and equitably accessible development programs for varied roles, sites, and geographies.

Nice to have

• Experience partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders on capability planning.
• Certifications in instructional design, adult learning, coaching, or talent development.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, learning analytics, AI-enabled learning tools, and talent assessments.
• Prosci or ADKAR certification and experience designing DEI or inclusive-leadership programs.
