Sr. Talent Development Consultant

Location: Lansing, MI; full-time, on-site role. Requires 10–20% travel.

What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, and assess learning and development strategies and programs.
• Consult with business units and HR partners to identify development needs and create suitable solutions.
• Deliver workshops, virtual and hybrid instructor-led training, eLearning, coaching, assessments, and performance support.
• Facilitate meetings, focus groups, and working sessions to solve complex problems, align perspectives, and build capabilities.
• Refine learning solutions based on learner needs, business priorities, and emerging delivery methods.
• Measure training effectiveness, report on learning outcomes, and assess impact on business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, including training delivery and measurement.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design.
• Strong facilitation, communication, interpersonal, consulting, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, organize resources, prioritize deliverables, and work independently.
• Ability to travel 10–20%.

Nice to have

• Master's degree with an emphasis in HR, Learning & Development, or a related field.
