What you will do
- Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps, performance challenges, and development opportunities.
- Design learning journeys, curricula, performance support tools, coaching approaches, and reinforcement plans.
- Define success measures and evaluate learning programs, including ROI analysis.
- Facilitate or oversee high-priority training and educational experiences.
- Advise facilitators and program owners while mentoring Talent Development Specialists and Coordinators.
- Support performance management, career development, talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce development strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, education, psychology, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
- At least five years of experience in talent development, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, teaching, training, facilitation, or instructional design.
- Proven success designing and implementing enterprise-level learning strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate learning experiences effectively.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to read and write in English and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.
