What you will do

  • Lead deployment of the Aero Excellence framework at site level toward bronze certification.
  • Conduct maturity assessments, identify gaps, and define improvement roadmaps.
  • Drive, monitor, and report progress, KPIs, and maturity status for Aero Excellence action plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to embed operational excellence and share best practices across sites.
  • Promote Lean, 8D, FMEA, and APQP methodologies across the manufacturing site.
  • Resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions while improving customer performance and reducing internal non-conformities.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of continuous improvement and operational excellence frameworks.
  • Proficiency in structured problem-solving tools, including 8D, FMEA, APQP, and root cause analysis.
  • Experience in quality or continuous improvement within manufacturing or aerospace.
  • Understanding of maturity models, audits, and certification processes.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively from the shop floor to leadership.
  • Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; familiarity with aerospace standards such as EN/AS9100 and multi-site environments.
