Senior H&S Consultant

What you will do

• Act as Principal Designer on small- to large-scale projects.
• Serve as an independent client adviser on health and safety matters.
• Conduct general compliance and topic-specific health and safety audits.
• Advise clients on project team capability, management arrangements, and relevant procedures.
• Undertake accident and other special investigations as required.
• Provide health and safety advice, guidance, training, and support, including assistance with PQQ and bid documents.

Requirements

• Level 6 health and safety qualification.
• Chartered IOSH membership is desirable; GradIOSH is the minimum.
• Proven client-side health and safety experience in the construction or property industry.
• Strong experience working under the CDM Regulations, including roles such as CDM Coordinator.
• Team management experience and knowledge of large-scale, complex projects across varied sectors.
• Excellent IT and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
