Strategy Manager (gn)

hirify.global Europe is a growing insurance business investing in transformation programs, long-term strategy, and European expansion.

What you will do

• Design and run annual and quarterly strategic planning processes across European country and functional units.
• Identify and model organic growth opportunities, including product launches, pricing, channel expansion, and cross-selling.
• Translate corporate objectives into measurable cross-functional OKRs and maintain execution alignment.
• Develop performance metrics, executive dashboards, and strategic commentary for C-suite leaders and the Board.
• Build TAM and SAM models, assess European markets, and develop go-to-market cases for expansion.
• Support M&A research through target mapping, strategic screening, financial health checks, and synergy analysis.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field; an MBA is preferred.
• Advanced financial modelling, TAM/SAM market sizing, and quantitative analytical skills.
• Knowledge of corporate strategy frameworks, financial valuation techniques, and OKR methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present concise recommendations to C-suite executives and Board members.
• Familiarity with European market dynamics, regulatory environments, and cross-border business logic.
