What you will do

• Define and evolve the target operating model with a forward-looking horizon.
• Translate strategy into enterprise design choices across products, platforms, and functions.
• Assess how customer expectations, technology, and competition may reshape the organisation.
• Develop design principles, guardrails, decision frameworks, and strategic options for executive decisions.
• Track organisational changes, identify unintended consequences and fragmentation, and intervene to protect model coherence.
• Ensure operating model evolution is commercially grounded, scalable, and focused on value release.

Requirements

• Deep experience shaping and evolving operating models.
• Strong understanding of how products, platforms, organisational structure, governance, and funding interact.
• Strong commercial judgement linking design decisions to growth, cost, and performance outcomes.
• Ability to think at system level, anticipate second- and third-order impacts, and simplify complexity.
• Exceptional senior stakeholder management, including the ability to influence, challenge, and build trust.
• Confidence to operate independently as a trusted leadership partner and challenge decisions that could weaken the operating model.
