Lead Analyst, Data Product & Marketplace Lifecycle (MedTech)

Location: Raritan or New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States; fully onsite. Up to 10% domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Salary: $94,000–$133,518 gross annual base pay.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data products in the Alation Data Marketplace.
• Manage onboarding, access workflows, consumer readiness, and lifecycle governance.
• Partner with data scientists, business units, and clinical application teams to define functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define business rules for cross-domain data aggregations and calculated metrics.
• Validate that technical Gold-layer models match consumer specifications.
• Act as the daily business counterpart to IT and engineering teams implementing API and marketplace connectivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in business systems analysis, functional product management, or technical business analysis within a regulated framework.
• Operational experience with data catalog marketplaces, specifically Alation Data Marketplace.
• Advanced proficiency with Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to bridge communication between development teams and business data consumers.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Raritan or New Brunswick, New Jersey, with up to 10% travel.
