Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Cranbury, New Jersey, United States; hybrid work schedule

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, depending on qualifications, with eligibility for an annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on the role.

What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to design solutions.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and cross-functional meetings to maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Validate feasibility, integration points, and system impacts with technical teams.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, documentation, change management, and post-launch adoption.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional business analysis technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and systems design.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, project management tools, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Workday, and/or Workfront.
• Experience with Jira.
