Business Analyst - Digital Health (Acute Care and Monitoring)

Location: Mounds View, Minnesota, United States; minimum four days per week onsite

Salary: $93,600–$140,400 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Partner with the Digital Health Product Owner, Product Design, Marketing, architects, and customers to identify problems and define valuable solutions.
• Manage intake and synthesis of business needs into prioritized product features and release plans.
• Translate business goals into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical backlog items.
• Gather functional and non-functional specifications through workshops, interviews, customer engagement, and data analysis.
• Analyze business workflows, system interfaces, operational gaps, technical constraints, and system behavior to recommend solutions.
• Support the development, release, and launch of digital health products for acute care, monitoring, medical, and home care environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in systems, digital, or software development.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• Ability to understand complex system behavior, engineering problems, and technical and architectural constraints.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate the value of ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodology and product or portfolio releases is preferred.
• Experience in medical devices or another regulated product industry is preferred.
