Manager, Business Analysis (Life Sciences)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates in AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, MA, MO, NH, NJ, NC, PA, UT, and VA are preferred.

Salary: $87,585–$125,120 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Lead scoping, requirements definition, prioritization, baselining, and change management for large, complex initiatives.
• Analyze business needs, operational problems, and opportunities to define effective solutions and acceptance tests.
• Assess user goals, workflows, prototypes, usability, and accessibility expectations.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, communications, feedback, issue resolution, and relationships across customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Analyze and redesign business processes, evaluating automation opportunities and process improvement approaches.
• Manage, mentor, delegate to, and develop business analysts while monitoring performance and supporting career growth.

Requirements

• U.S.-based remote work eligibility is required.
• Fluent English is required.
• Solid professional experience in business analysis or a closely related role, including line management and leadership.
• Experience in the life sciences sector and clinical data management or programming, including eCRF design, edit checks, and end-to-end study leadership.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum, UML, object-oriented analysis, data modeling, and BA methodologies.
• Knowledge of BPMN process modeling, Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, scope management, and BA best practices or professional qualifications.
