Change Manager ANJ

Location: Hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, based at the Melbourne CBD office; full working rights in Australia required.

What you will do

• Create and manage change approaches and detailed plans aligned with program goals, milestones, and timelines.
• Integrate change activities into program planning and coordinate delivery across multiple teams.
• Identify global stakeholders, build engagement plans, and strengthen leadership sponsorship.
• Assess impacts across people, processes, technology, and skills, converting findings into targeted actions.
• Manage readiness, risks, resistance, and adoption barriers through mitigation and escalation plans.
• Develop communications, FAQs, leader materials, training support, job aids, champion networks, and adoption metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience planning and delivering change programs and translating strategy into practical actions.
• Experience working across complex, global organisations and coordinating multiple teams and priorities.
• Strong stakeholder relationship-building, communication, leadership support, and coaching skills.
• Experience assessing change impacts, managing risks and adoption, and using insights to recommend improvements.
• Eligible to work in Australia with full working rights.
• Tertiary qualification in business, human resources, organisational psychology, communications, or a related field is desired.

Nice to have

• Change management certification such as Prosci, ACMP, CCMP, or equivalent.
