TL;DR
Change Manager (Business Transformation): Delivering end-to-end change management for large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives across Roadside and Membership portfolios with an accent on stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, communications, training, and adoption measurement. Focus on identifying change risks and resistance, coaching leaders and frontline teams, and embedding new behaviours, processes, and ways of working.
Location: Hybrid work across Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park offices, with work from home as required and agreed; Australia

Group is a member-owned Australian organization operating roadside assistance, electric vehicle charging, car rental, parks and resorts, and ferry businesses.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end change management across multiple concurrent transformation projects in the Roadside and Membership portfolios.
- Develop change strategies, impact assessments, readiness plans, communications, engagement activities, and training programs.
- Identify impacted stakeholders, change risks, dependencies, resistance points, and mitigation actions.
- Define and track adoption metrics, readiness criteria, and effectiveness measures, reporting insights to senior stakeholders.
- Build change champion networks and coach leaders and frontline teams through periods of transformation.
- Lead sustainment planning and develop governance artefacts, tools, templates, and methodology for the PMO.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience leading end-to-end change across multiple projects or programs, preferably in large or matrixed environments.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, or Organizational Development and/or a recognized change certification such as Prosci.
- Experience delivering change in agile or large-scale transformation environments.
- Capability in change impact assessment, readiness planning, risk and resistance management, communications, engagement, and training.
- Strong stakeholder partnering, influencing, coaching, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement across Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park offices.
