What you will do
- Lead change strategy and delivery for the Retail transformation program and assigned initiatives.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align change impacts, priorities, and delivery plans.
- Assess change impacts and readiness, translating findings into practical role-based actions and guidance.
- Design and deliver engagement, communications, and training for frontline, operational, corporate, and retail teams.
- Equip leaders to reinforce adoption while monitoring readiness, stakeholder sentiment, risks, and resistance.
- Support transition to business as usual, including post-go-live support and stabilisation.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering change across medium-to-large business or technology transformations.
- Experience working across Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Experience working with complex organisations and frontline, operational, corporate, program, project, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong skills in change impact and readiness assessments, adoption, and stakeholder engagement.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, psychology, communications, or a similar discipline.
Nice to have
- Formal Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent change certification.
- Experience in retail, operations, infrastructure, or large enterprise transformations.
- Exposure to phased rollouts and post-implementation support.
