D365 Implementation Manager (Australia)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain site-specific implementation plans for Australia D365 deployments.
• Coordinate deployment preparation across Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Contracts, HR, and Finance.
• Own cutover planning, including checklists, resource plans, and runbooks.
• Track technical and operational readiness, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and issues through to resolution.
• Coordinate readiness checkpoints, go/no-go inputs, Early Life Support preparation, and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Support change adoption through communications, localised training, knowledge transfer, KPI reporting, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Experience delivering enterprise-wide business applications, including ERP implementations in engineering, design, or manufacturing organisations.
• PMI or Prince project management qualification.
• Experience managing large, complex projects and multiple work streams.
• Strong knowledge of scope, schedule, cost, quality, HR, communications, and risk management.
• Hands-on, delivery-focused approach with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
