Project Manager - Junior to mid-level (Cloud Solutions)

What you will do

• Support multiple concurrent ICT application projects from initiation through closure in line with the client’s project management methodology.
• Help define project scope with business and ICT teams and coordinate ICT resource access and performance across a matrixed organisation.
• Prepare delivery plans, change requests, status reports, financial forecasts, risk registers, issue registers, and change registers.
• Facilitate the review and approval of technical artefacts, including user and functional specifications.
• Coordinate project status meetings with Agency stakeholders and manage risks, issues, and conflicts between ICT and business teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Agile project delivery experience in Federal Government projects, preferably with law enforcement agencies.
• Experience with contract scope and scope management, project objectives, budgets, and schedules.
• Experience building effective relationships with stakeholders and delivery teams and promoting continuous improvement using Agile principles.
• Technical knowledge of application delivery and the ability to communicate with and present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Active AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory and must already be held.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, independent-working, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• PRINCE2 or PRINCE2 Agile certification.
• MSP certification.
• Certified Scrum Master or other relevant project management certifications.
• Broad technological knowledge, tactical cross-skills, and IP tools experience.
