Photo Studio Lead

Location: Cranbury, New Jersey, United States; on-site 5 days per week at the Cranbury photo studio

hirify.global is an online home furnishings retailer offering area rugs, lighting, and accessories through its house of brands, including Annie Selke.

What you will do

• Oversee photo and video production, including scheduling, resource allocation, shoots, and on-brand asset delivery.
• Lead creative production staff, including a Retoucher, and coordinate studio and on-location shoots.
• Develop and optimize production workflows from pre-production through final asset delivery.
• Manage studio and collaboration budgets, forecast needs, monitor spending, and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product Development, Merchandising, and Brand Marketing teams on shoot deliverables and timelines.
• Maintain quality control across visual assets, retouching, and post-production for eCommerce launches and campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in studio management and production team leadership.
• Strong experience in photo and video production.
• Proficiency with Capture One, Adobe Suite including Photoshop and Lightroom, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, on-brand content.
