Junior Film Producer

Location: In-office at hirify.global's headquarters in American Fork, Utah, United States; regular multi-day, out-of-state travel to customer sites is required.

What you will do

• Produce and manage commercial, documentary, brand, product, and marketing shoots from pre-production through wrap and final delivery.
• Travel to customer sites to capture on-location interviews and story-driven content.
• Coordinate crews, talent, gear, permits, releases, filming access, call sheets, schedules, and day-of logistics.
• Collaborate with the Director of Photography to create original content between larger productions.
• Manage post-production timelines, revisions, and delivery with the Senior Editor.
• Track budgets, identify risks, and build a reliable freelance crew network.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience producing or coordinating real productions in commercial, documentary, brand, or agency settings.
• Working proficiency with Frame.io, Premiere, call sheets, budgets, gear lists, and standard production tools.
• Strong organization, initiative, hands-on set experience, and negotiation skills.
• Availability for multi-day, out-of-state shoots.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Drug screening and background check are required upon employment.

• Editing, motion graphics, or camera experience.
