Location: Beverly Hills, California; required to work at the Vernon, CA HQ studio and offsite locations as needed

What you will do
- Establish lighting and set aesthetics for assigned products and models across studio and location shoots.
- Produce high-volume on-model product, off-model still-life, lifestyle, and content photography.
- Partner with the Photography Manager, Art Director, Stylists, Makeup Artists, and freelance team members to maintain consistent visual quality.
- Develop lighting, set design, and model-pose concepts that highlight product features.
- Coordinate image selection, uploading, retouching, file delivery, and archival workflows.
- Maintain color consistency, daily shot counts, and current knowledge of photography and video technologies.
Requirements
- Five or more years of studio photography experience, ideally in fashion eCommerce.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical photography expertise.
- Proficiency with Canon EOS cameras or similar professional digital equipment.
- Advanced knowledge of fashion, portrait, and eCommerce lighting, digital workflows, terminology, and technical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with Capture One and Photoshop, plus strong file management, archival, and delivery skills.
- BA in Photography or equivalent work experience; English required, with additional languages advantageous.
