Senior Video Producer

What you will do

• Set project expectations, scope, schedules, and budgets with creative directors, creative teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Own video production from creative support and vendor selection through scheduling, financial tracking, delivery, archive, and wrap.
• Manage external vendors, agencies, crew, editors, freelance partners, rates, equipment, purchase orders, and statements of work.
• Coordinate multiple projects and communicate progress while maintaining quality, profitability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Oversee post-production workflows across editing, color, audio, graphics, and multiple deliverable versions.
• Build and maintain relationships with film vendors and production resources, understanding crew roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of video production experience as a line producer, production manager, or internal brand video producer.
• Strong budgeting and budget-management skills, including the ability to read and manage wrap books.
• Familiarity with union rules, including IATSE and SAG.
• Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, stakeholder presentation, and project-management skills.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of urgency.

Nice to have

• Experience producing in a fast-moving environment and working within a complex organization.
• Exposure to the full creative development process from brief through delivery.
• Extensive post-production experience with multiple edits, versions, and deliverables.
• International production experience.
• Four-year degree in fine arts, film, design, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
