Cybersecurity Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Coordinate cybersecurity workstreams across engineering, operations, vulnerability management, data, tooling, and regional teams.
• Maintain integrated project plans, priorities, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action tracking.
• Drive delivery governance, milestone tracking, stakeholder alignment, and executive and operational status reporting.
• Coordinate with IT, infrastructure, cloud, applications, site operations, procurement, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables are documented, owners and timelines are visible, and escalations are managed promptly.
• Coordinate operational readiness reviews and handoffs from project delivery into sustainable support models.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT program and delivery management.
• Experience delivering global cybersecurity or IT infrastructure programs.
• Experience with executive and operational reporting, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and decision management.
• Ability to manage executive steering committee relationships, escalations, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a client-facing role involving frequent email, calls, and meetings.
• Willingness to work across time zones with distributed, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent delivery or program management certification.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or comparable delivery tools.
• Experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, or global enterprises.
