Engagement Manager (SaaS)

Location: New York, New York, United States; hybrid workplace

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annual

What you will do

• Lead multiple enterprise implementation programs from initiation through go-live and post-launch stabilization.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, governance frameworks, and status reports.
• Coordinate customer stakeholders with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Delivery teams.
• Facilitate steering committees, project reviews, risk assessments, and executive updates.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, scope changes, and resource constraints.
• Improve implementation methodologies, templates, operational processes, and reporting standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise project or program management experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, or professional services.
• Experience managing complex enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies, project lifecycle management, governance, risk management, and change management.
• Experience with implementation plans, stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and delivery governance.
• Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP certification strongly preferred.
