Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles or remote in the United States

Base salary: $156,000–$212,000 annually for the Playa Vista, California location; compensation may vary by experience, education, and geographic location.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered commercial real estate marketplace where industry participants can find, evaluate, and close deals.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major product area.
• Translate product strategy into shipped features, owning execution from specification through launch with Design and Engineering.
• Develop go-to-market strategy and positioning for new features.
• Build products that improve signups, revenue, retention, and customer adoption.
• Prototype AI-powered solutions, test them with customers, and use evaluations to guide iteration.
• Mentor product managers and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive growth.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or marketplace products.
• Experience owning complex products and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and fluency in SaaS or marketplace metrics and go-to-market strategy.
• Experience with continuous discovery involving Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Strong understanding of AI model capabilities and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams on technical products.
• Must be based in the United States for the remote option, or work hybrid in Los Angeles.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial real estate technology, maps, marketplaces, platforms, or other data-driven products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
