Product Manager, Platform (AI)

Location: Remote - US; preferred Eastern timezone.

Salary: $150,000–$175,000 annually, plus equity and company-paid benefits.

hirify.global is building enterprise software with AI agents that support revenue teams through voice and chat across the customer journey.

What you will do

• Own the hirify.global Console experience, including information architecture, navigation, onboarding, configuration flows, errors, and empty states.
• Define how customers use an AI assistant to configure and operate the platform conversationally, including understandable and trustworthy actions.
• Design workflow configuration for advanced use cases while keeping the experience accessible to first-time users.
• Own integrations across authorization, permissions, object and field mapping, synchronization, failures, and recovery.
• Reduce the time required to move new accounts to successful live deployment and turn manual steps into product experiences.
• Partner with engineering, design, Customer Success, and the Head of Product while translating customer behavior and feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience with self-serve products, admin tools, integrations, workflow builders, configuration products, or other complex product surfaces.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to evaluate complicated interfaces and identify underlying problems.
• Experience running usability sessions, speaking directly with customers, and investigating the root cause behind feature requests.
• Systems thinking across permissions, data, integrations, configuration, and system state.
• Technical curiosity and comfort with APIs, integrations, data models, permissions, failure modes, and modern AI and design tools.

• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
• Experience owning role-based access control or permissions layers.
• Exposure to revenue or go-to-market technology.
• Regular use of AI prototyping and development tools.
