Product Lead - Pharmacy SaaS

Location: New York City, New York; hybrid, 3 days per week in the NYC metro

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global is partnering with a Series A healthtech startup based in New York City that develops healthcare technology and pharmacy SaaS products.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for clinical and prescriber experiences, including prescribing workflows and clinician-facing tools.
• Lead user research, customer interviews, workflow analysis, and stakeholder discovery to identify product opportunities.
• Partner with engineering to define and deliver solutions that improve usability, efficiency, adoption, and scalability.
• Drive healthcare system and enterprise integrations, including reliable experiences for providers and health systems.
• Translate user needs and business objectives into product requirements, priorities, success metrics, and execution plans.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to improve product performance and customer outcomes while shaping the clinical product portfolio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in healthcare technology, digital health, clinical software, or another regulated industry.
• Experience owning clinician-facing, workflow-driven, or integration-heavy healthcare products.
• Strong understanding of EHR platforms, healthcare technology ecosystems, clinical workflows, and pharmacy operations.
• Deep familiarity with Epic and healthcare system integrations; Epic Willow experience is highly preferred.
• Experience conducting user research, working closely with engineering, and using data to guide product decisions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, independent execution, analytical thinking, and collaborative leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of prescribing workflows, medication ordering processes, or healthcare interoperability standards.
• Experience with health systems, clinical stakeholders, pharmacy teams, or healthcare IT organizations.
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, AI-enabled workflows, or modern product development practices.
