Senior Director, Product, Care Foundations (AI)

Location: New York City, hybrid; office attendance 2–3 days per week at 60 Madison Avenue. Candidates must be based in the NYC metro area or able to relocate independently within 90 days. Occasional and quarterly travel for team on-sites and planning sessions is required, with travel of up to 10% per year.

Salary: $245,000–$328,000 base annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Define the multi-year product vision, strategy, and operating roadmap for the Care Foundations group across claims, billing, servicing, provider lifecycle, and provider pay.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and Product Leaders while establishing standards for strategic ownership, autonomy, and cross-functional influence.
• Own foundational operational platforms and align product investments with company-level goals and executive stakeholders.
• Drive AI-powered servicing automation and conversational platforms to improve workflows, resolution velocity, and member and provider support.
• Modernize claims rules, real-time eligibility, denial management, billing, payment infrastructure, and provider compensation experiences.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Clinical Operations, Revenue Operations, and Finance while institutionalizing experimentation, user research, and data-rigorous decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including multi-year strategy in complex healthcare ecosystems.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience leading Product Managers, team leads, or product organizations.
• Experience building and scaling foundational systems, automated servicing tools, billing and payment infrastructure, or enterprise operational workflows.
• Strong financial and strategic acumen, including understanding of P&L drivers, cost-to-serve dynamics, and commercial impact.
• Exceptional executive presence, analytical rigor, data fluency, and ability to align senior cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to work from the NYC metro area or relocate independently within 90 days; willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
