Product Manager II (Healthcare Technology)

Location: Remote, home-based in Washington, DC, United States

Salary: $95,300–$158,800 annual base pay, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Own assigned product features and areas within Mytonomy’s patient education and engagement platform.
• Partner with healthcare providers, health systems, patients, and internal stakeholders to identify product opportunities.
• Translate customer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and product data into prioritized roadmap recommendations.
• Evaluate product hypotheses through qualitative and quantitative data, experimentation, testing, and feedback.
• Lead feature delivery from discovery through launch with engineering, design, clinical, AI, and business stakeholders.
• Support go-to-market planning, launches, customer discussions, demonstrations, training, and success measurement.

Requirements

• Strong product management experience and knowledge of healthcare technology platforms.
• Working knowledge of EMR/EHR systems, CRM platforms, APIs, data integration, interoperability, and software development methodologies.
• Experience using product analytics, reporting tools, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Awareness of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in healthcare.
• Experience owning products or multiple features from discovery through release and launching enhancements that improve customer satisfaction or commercial impact.
• Strong knowledge of product development, including business cases, product plans, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
