Location: Dallas, TX; the role is also listed in Houston, TX. Full-time with travel required.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules for construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimize timelines.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential scheduling conflicts.
• Forecast schedule impacts and proactively propose solutions.
• Support project execution across pipelines, gas distribution systems, compressor and pump stations, industrial facilities, and utility infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or a related oil and gas role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Formal training or certification in project scheduling principles or software.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with project teams, management, and external partners.
• Ability to travel as required.
