Senior Program Management Specialist (SATCOM)

Location: On-site in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with flexibility to support from an alternate Tecolote office.

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and credentials.

What you will do

• Provide program management, technical integration, and analytical support for military SATCOM and international engagement activities.
• Lead and support operational exercises, demonstrations, experimentation, testing, and system resiliency projects.
• Coordinate acquisition, engineering, operational, test, international, Government, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and evaluate Courses of Action to address technical, operational, scheduling, and resource challenges.
• Prepare technical agreements, briefings, fact sheets, program updates, and other program documentation.
• Support Foreign Military Sales, Five Eyes, foreign disclosure, releasable product configuration management, milestones, and action-item tracking.

Requirements

• Experience supporting Department of Defense acquisition, operational, or program management organizations.
• Experience with military SATCOM, space, communications, or related systems.
• Experience supporting user integration, exercises, demonstrations, testing, or capability development.
• Ability to coordinate technical and programmatic activities across multiple Government and industry organizations.
• Experience developing and presenting technical briefings, recommendations, and program documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in mathematics, engineering, business, or the sciences; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting U.S. Space Force SATCOM programs or operational organizations.
• Experience with electromagnetic warfare, electromagnetic interference resiliency, exercises, or system characterization.
• Experience supporting international partners and Foreign Military Sales activities.
• Experience developing Courses of Action, Memoranda of Agreement, or similar technical and programmatic agreements.
