Location: On-site in El Segundo, California, United States
Salary: $150,000–$175,000 per year, with possible additional compensation and relocation benefits.

What you will do
- Support Director’s Action Group and business operations functions for Space Force acquisition activities.
- Manage cost, schedule, and performance information for Department of Defense acquisitions.
- Review, analyze, assign, track, and close out directorate, SSC, and Space Force Command taskers using TMT.
- Assess, develop, and consolidate technical and programmatic responses from internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare leadership briefings, maintain tasker databases, and advise leadership on deliverable status.
- Support acquisition strategies, RFPs, CDRLs, market research, eSSS packages, calendars, and conference room scheduling.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business, economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, science, technology, engineering, or statistics.
- Active TS/SCI eligibility.
- Strong communication, planning, budgeting, programming, organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Experience using TMT and Microsoft Office Suite in a DoD or Space Force/Air Force environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage high-visibility, time-sensitive actions.
Nice to have
- Systems thinking or systems engineering experience.
- Space operations or space battle management experience.
- Intelligence background.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and DoD acquisition programs.
- Detail-oriented and intellectually curious approach.
