People Partner

Location: Chicago Office, United States; hybrid role. Candidates must reside in the US, have the full legal right to work in the US, and cannot be based in Alaska, California, Colorado, New York, or Washington. Remote work is available for a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available.

What you will do

• Own the People partnership for the Commercial, CX, and Finance/Ops organizations across the US, LATAM, and APAC.
• Advise and coach approximately 10 leaders and 250 employees on organizational, talent, and employee decisions.
• Lead compensation, promotion, performance, and talent decisions using people data and organizational context.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on headcount planning, role scoping, and hiring strategy.
• Handle complex employee relations, relocation cases, terminations, and other employment matters under US multi-state law.
• Drive performance management redesign, manager enablement, change management, and communication for People initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HRBP experience, including 2+ years supporting Sales/GTM or a broader commercial organization.
• Experience advising Directors, VPs, and/or C-level leaders in a scaling organization.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
• People operations experience with US multi-state employment law and working knowledge of regional employment law.
• Ability to build and interpret people analytics and dashboards.
• Full legal right to work in the US is required; visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are unavailable.
