TL;DR
Mission System Operator Lead (Deployable) (RADAR/MX-15): Leading complex airborne ISR missions and directing mission systems operations with an accent on sensor systems, data interpretation, and operational safety. Focus on deploying to OCONUS locations, analyzing mission data, mentoring senior operators, and coordinating high-stakes missions under extended shift schedules.
Location: Englewood, Colorado, United States; frequent customer-site travel, office and field environments, and extended OCONUS deployments on an approximate 60/60 rotation.
Estimated starting salary: $124,771.42–$171,560.71 per year, plus annual performance incentive pay.

What you will do
- Oversee and direct complex airborne missions using RADAR and MX-15 systems.
- Lead the execution of high-stakes airborne ISR missions and align mission strategies with organizational goals.
- Interpret mission data and provide expert analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert while mentoring senior operators and team leaders.
- Maintain high standards of safety, operational efficiency, and mission effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of related experience; equivalent experience may substitute, including 12 years without a degree.
- Mastery of RADAR, MX-15, MX15HDi camera technology, RADAR theory, and Small Secure Datalink radio functionality.
- Advanced practical experience with Crew Resource Management and airmanship.
- Current and active Secret U.S. security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
- Must be able to deploy to OCONUS locations, meet DoD and Combatant Command requirements, pass a pre-deployment medical assessment, and obtain international travel visas.
- Must work extended hours, holidays, and shifts as required; a valid passport and frequent travel availability are required.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Aerospace, Engineering, or a related field.
- Leadership experience on high-stakes missions and expert sensor-operations certifications.
- Aerospace and defense, U.S. Department of Defense, or U.S. military experience.
- Experience with Windows 10 Falcon View, Force Map, or CRM/ORM instruction.
