FP&A Analyst

Location: Hybrid role in San Dimas, California, USA

Salary: $100K–$115K annually

What you will do

• Lead financial planning and analysis and provide strategic financial insights.
• Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Develop and maintain financial models covering revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Analyze business cases, new opportunities, and cost estimates.
• Partner with leadership on budget alignment, performance tracking, and monthly project reviews.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports, support board presentations, and provide timely reporting to the parent company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills and power-user proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of project accounting in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of revenue accounting under ASC 606.
