Hourly rate depending on skills and experience: $65.00–$89.00 per hour

What you will do

• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, cellular therapies, and investigational treatments according to protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct pre-infusion assessments, venipuncture, blood draws, patient monitoring, and post-infusion care.
• Monitor and manage oncology treatment toxicities, including cytokine release syndrome and neurotoxicity.
• Support CAR-T workflows, including product receipt, verification, handling, thawing, chain of identity, and chain of custody.
• Coordinate end-to-end care for CAR-T and clinical trial patients with physicians, research staff, pharmacy, manufacturers, couriers, and apheresis centers.
• Complete study procedures, sample processing, source documentation, audits, and electronic medical record updates.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in California required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of oncology infusion experience required.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, communication, organization, attention to detail, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary medical environment with clinical hazards and physical demands including prolonged standing, walking, and assisting patients.
• Standard full-time schedule is 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional extensions for time-sensitive laboratory draws or patient care.
• Occasional weekend coverage from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM is required when CAR-T patients need monitoring; this is not every weekend.

Nice to have

• BSN degree.
• Experience with clinical trials, cellular therapy, CAR-T, or stem cell transplant programs.
• Familiarity with GCP, FDA regulations, clinical research processes, and oncology infusion reactions.
