Salary: $44.14–$109.51 per hour

What you will do
- Deliver direct inpatient oncology nursing care, including assessment, individualized care planning, symptom management, and outcome evaluation.
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood products, and supportive therapies while monitoring and responding to adverse events.
- Manage central venous access devices, infusion equipment, medication administration, and required protective equipment.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, side-effect management, self-care, and discharge instructions.
- Document care in Epic and participate in infection prevention, hazardous drug handling, quality improvement, and clinical research activities.
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, social workers, research staff, and nursing support personnel.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Nursing; a BSN is strongly preferred, and associate-degree nurses must complete a BSN within four years.
- Current unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
- Basic Life Support certification required.
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certificate required or to be obtained within six months of hire, depending on the role.
- Recent registered nursing experience is preferred, particularly acute care, oncology, hematology, or inpatient or ambulatory infusion experience.
- Ability to work onsite in Cambridge, including day or night shifts and rotating weekends.
Nice to have
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Oncology Certified Nurse certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification.
- Experience with Epic or another electronic medical record system.
