Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Pernis, Netherlands; onsite role at the Pernis site.

What you will do

• Lead the maintenance organization covering maintenance execution, planning and scheduling, warehousing, and discipline engineering.
• Ensure safe, compliant, efficient execution of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, backlog control, budgets, quality, and resource allocation.
• Lead contractor deployment and coordination with operations, technical management, projects, reliability engineering, and cost control.
• Establish and improve maintenance processes, standards, procedures, systems, and data quality.
• Drive asset reliability and continuous improvement through KPI reviews, structured problem solving, and failure reduction.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Bachelor-level professional capability.
• Experience developing maintenance standards and procedures.
• Experience with maintenance systems such as SAP and data-driven performance management.
• People management experience, teamwork, and strong strategic and operational communication skills.
• Written and spoken English and Dutch are required.
