Maintenance Manager

What you will do

• Lead and guide the maintenance team and coordinate external contractors.
• Act as the first responder for urgent technical issues across the hub.
• Plan and manage daily maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, and other building systems.
• Track, log, and follow up on work orders in Salesforce.
• Monitor budgets, review invoices, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Track monthly utility consumption and maintain safety, fire protection, and compliance activities with the Regional Property Manager.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in hospitality.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Experience coordinating contractors and guiding a team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Dutch is required; English is a plus.
