Planning and System Coordinator (Maintenance)

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate routine and preventive maintenance activities.
• Allocate resources and optimize maintenance timing to minimize operational disruption and downtime.
• Maintain and optimize the Maintenance Management System, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, data integrity, and usability.
• Identify maintenance needs, bottlenecks, reliability risks, and opportunities for system improvement.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders on schedules, priorities, and operational impacts.
• Generate and analyze maintenance reports to support decisions and demonstrate performance against KPIs.

Requirements

• Expertise in planning, coordinating, and optimizing routine and preventive maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Maintenance Management System tools.
• Ability to analyze maintenance metrics and use insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to improve maintenance efficiency, asset reliability, and compliance.
