Maintenance Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Elst, Netherlands; on-site factory role with occasional schedule adjustments to support employees across all shifts.

Food manufacturing company operating a factory with high-speed packaging machinery and structured quality, safety, and maintenance processes.

What you will do

• Coach and develop maintenance teams as a technical resource on the factory floor.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, and preventive maintenance on high-speed and packaging machinery.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and defects, review work-order completion, and prioritize PM and AM activities.
• Read electrical prints and perform basic wiring up to 480 volts.
• Improve condition-based maintenance routes, action plans, bills of material, work instructions, checklists, and maintenance schedules with the Centre of Excellence.
• Support team goal setting while maintaining product quality and a low-cost operating model.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch and English is required.
• Technical schooling or training is required.
• At least 5 years of technical or maintenance experience is required.
• Ability to lead a team, collaborate with colleagues, and solve problems as part of a team.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
• Understanding of principle-centered coaching leadership and humble questioning.
