Maintenance System and Excellence Engineer (MedTech)

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve standardized use of the Maximo eCMMS across Maintenance.
• Ensure maintenance work orders, technical feedback, documentation, and equipment histories are complete and accurate.
• Analyze maintenance and equipment data to identify trends, risks, reliability issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Line and Process Engineers to design fit-for-purpose maintenance programs and improve preventive maintenance effectiveness.
• Act as the Maintenance Audit Subject Matter Expert for internal audits, corporate assessments, and external inspections.
• Support quality actions, safety compliance, continuous improvement, and maintenance excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Science discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Maintenance, Engineering, or Reliability roles.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Hands-on experience with eCMMS systems and maintenance data analysis.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and audit environments.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience with calibration procedures, repair management, equipment maintenance, quality validation, Lean Supply Chain Management, or JJOS.
