Compliance Analyst

Location: VA Remote; U.S. citizenship required. Travel of 5% or less may be required. Relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do

• Interpret and apply FAR, DFARS, ITAR, EAR, trade compliance, sanctions, and cybersecurity requirements to supply chain activities.
• Review customer contracts and flow down applicable clauses and regulatory requirements to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain supply chain compliance policies, procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
• Conduct audits, internal reviews, spot-checks, and investigations involving purchase orders, subcontracts, and supplier files.
• Support corrective and preventive actions, compliance training, process improvements, tools, and metrics.
• Provide practical compliance guidance to buyers, subcontract administrators, and program personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, contracts, compliance, or a related function, preferably with a defense contractor or highly regulated organization.
• Working knowledge of U.S. Government contracting, including FAR/DFARS clauses, supply chain and subcontracting requirements, and supplier risk or due diligence processes.
• Experience supporting audits, internal controls testing, or internal investigations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret regulations and contractual language.
• U.S. citizenship is required. No DoD security clearance is required.
