Compliance Policy Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Continental United States

Salary: $56,200–$101,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the development, governance, implementation, and lifecycle management of organizational compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor policy creation, revision, approval workflows, and regulatory documentation.
• Respond to external information requests for regulatory filings and serve as a company-wide policy and compliance liaison.
• Assist with identifying, analyzing, and resolving compliance issues, contract provisions, and quality improvement opportunities.
• Conduct periodic compliance audits, risk assessments, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
• Help develop, produce, and deliver compliance training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of related experience in compliance, privacy, or regulatory affairs.
• Working knowledge of compliance laws and regulations, particularly HIPAA and state regulations.
• Strong stakeholder service, communication, coordination, escalation, and issue-resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Applicants must be able to work remotely from the Continental United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or Juris Doctorate degree.
