Senior Compliance Analyst (D-SNP)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Continental United States

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Maintain compliance with Duals and D-SNP program requirements across state and federal regulations.
• Manage compliance reporting, regulatory filings, documentation, and responses to agency inquiries.
• Lead D-SNP compliance projects, implementations, policy updates, and work-instruction development.
• Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, monitoring activities, and issue resolution.
• Partner with leadership, health plans, and regulatory agencies on SMAC assessments, requirements, policies, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver D-SNP compliance training and provide interim support to health plan compliance officers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in compliance and/or regulatory affairs.
• Working knowledge of laws and regulations related to Medicare, D-SNP, and state compliance requirements.
• Experience with project management and compliance reporting.
• Ability to work remotely from within the Continental United States.
