Senior Manager, Corporate IT (AI Automation)

Location: Remote from any location; Cleveland, Ohio office location. Limited travel required, estimated at 1–2 weeks per year.

What you will do

• Lead, hire, coach, and develop the Corporate IT team while maintaining a high standard of internal customer service.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, identity and access management, endpoint management, EDR, and the ITSM platform.
• Build scalable IT governance covering access controls, change management, provisioning and deprovisioning, documentation, capacity planning, and continuity.
• Own device lifecycle strategy, endpoint security, vendor relationships, software licensing, and Corporate IT budget and spend.
• Partner with InfoSec and business leaders on security, compliance, audits, questionnaires, technology evaluations, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive self-service, AI-assisted support, ticket deflection, workflow automation, operational reporting, and recurring IT governance reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including 3+ years directly managing and developing an IT team.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, IAM, MDM, EDR, Windows and iOS endpoints, and ITSM or ticketing platforms.
• Experience building or maturing IT governance, security, and compliance programs in a regulated or high-growth SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, HITRUST, SOC 2, and HIPAA-adjacent requirements.
• Demonstrated success with ticket deflection, self-service, AI agents, workflow automation, and measurable operational improvements.
• Strong executive communication, cross-functional partnership, vendor management, budgeting, and judgment in shifting-risk environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in a mature corporate technology environment, especially a PE-backed, mid-market, high-growth SaaS company.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience supporting enterprise security questionnaires, audits, or vendor risk reviews.
