IT Engineer (AI Security)

Location: Miami, Coral Gables; hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office and onsite work in the Coral Gables office

What you will do

• Provide detailed IT support for internal users in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Troubleshoot Apple and Windows hardware, software, SaaS, and application-access issues.
• Lead the deployment and administration of IAM integrations, MDM, internal networks, and other critical IT systems.
• Manage device lifecycles and support employee onboarding, offboarding, and user lifecycle processes.
• Create documentation, collaborate with IT and security professionals, and help deploy new tools and product features.
• Participate in on-call and rotating shifts supporting the global team.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in a corporate IT environment with increasing responsibility.
• Strong critical-thinking, troubleshooting, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Professional administration experience with both Mac and Windows environments.
• Subject-matter expertise in at least two of network administration, SaaS administration, device management, or IAM management.
• Advanced administration experience with tools such as Okta, Slack, Linear, Google Workspace, MDM, Zoom, or UniFi/Cisco Meraki.
• Ability to take ownership of initiatives and solve problems with limited direction.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow automation tools such as Tines.
• Knowledge of Agile principles and Linear project management.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup software company.
• Network concepts and troubleshooting experience.
