Senior Manager, Information Technology

Location: Americas Remote

Salary: $158,000–$180,000 USD per year, with compensation zones ranging from $158,000–$180,000 to $189,000–$216,000 depending on market and experience.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day IT operations and maintain a reliable, high-quality experience for employees in a distributed environment.
• Manage and develop a small IT team consisting of an IT Manager and IT Support Specialist.
• Partner with Engineering, People, Legal, and Finance on onboarding, tooling, access, and security needs.
• Improve identity management, device management, SaaS tooling, IT processes, and operating workflows.
• Support compliance and security practices, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001, with internal stakeholders.
• Establish SLAs, ticketing workflows, documentation, and scalable solutions that improve accountability and user experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT, including experience leading or mentoring others.
• Hands-on player-coach mindset with strong operational prioritization skills.
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments with evolving processes.
• Knowledge of modern IT systems and tooling, including identity providers, MDM, EDR, VPN, DLP, and SaaS environments.
• Experience supporting or partnering on SOC 2, ISO 27001, or comparable compliance and security frameworks.
• Clear, proactive communication skills for effective work across teams in a remote, asynchronous environment.
