Sr. IT Systems Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Run IT engineering and implementation projects across cloud platforms, AI platforms, endpoint management, Google Workspace, networking, observability, Okta, SASE, and server platforms.
• Design and build AI agents, automations, and workflows that address business problems, and train users as the platform evolves.
• Architect and govern multi-cloud environments while enhancing the existing technology stack.
• Manage incidents, service requests, changes, assets, and knowledge within an IT Service Management environment.
• Resolve escalated support issues and partner with non-IT stakeholders on operational improvement initiatives.
• Mentor team members and promote continuous improvement, shared best practices, and reliable delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years in systems administration or systems engineering.
• Proficiency managing macOS environments and SaaS applications.
• Understanding of IT Service Management and Identity and Access Management fundamentals.
• Engineering experience with several of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, endpoint management, Google Workspace, networking, observability, Okta, Prisma Access, scripting, Terraform, and Windows Server.
• Hands-on AI tooling experience, including building agents or automations, writing effective prompts, and supporting non-technical users.
• Strong requirements analysis, communication, ownership, customer service, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
